Cara—thank you for the overview of the clubs, one question I have been trying to research and there is limited information on is club level suite service, does disney actually have differentiated service levels for suite guests like other hotels brands do?  Does disney provide extra service, magical extras or anything in recognition that you are staying in one of their signature suite or is are all club level guest equal? I heard Tonga has their own concierge but do they actual do extras things for the suite guests?

Hello Christina. Not really. The larger suites do receive a fresh flower arrangement that other concierge guests do not. But as far as special services, that is only on a one-by-one basis and it depends on the concierge and general managers. So something unexpected that may or may not happen.

The Polynesian Village Resort concierge guests in the Tonga Suite Building are offered a nice touch with room service provided from a special menu both at breakfast and then again in the evening from 5-10 PM.
